For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, order verification via SMS/WhatsApp/OTP may be enforced prior to dispatch. Unreasonable or fraudulent rejection of COD shipments at the destination address may result in permanent suspension of COD privileges for your registered profile.

Any unauthorized replication, commercial parsing, or digital copying of our designs or proprietary layout systems will result in immediate legal action.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceedings arising out of or related to platform transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
