The tee must be completely unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in its original premium packaging with tags fully intact. The Safety Unboxing Rule: To block fraudulent claims, you must attach a continuous unboxing video captured from start to finish, clearly showing the original outer package seal being broken. Without a verifiable unboxing video, defect exchange protocols are programmatically blocked.
