Platform Access & Eligibility

By accessing or placing an order on our storefront, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the supervision of a legal guardian, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Custom Production Acknowledgement

By authorizing a transaction on our storefront, you explicitly acknowledge that WORN IDEAS operates on an independent, custom made-to-order manufacturing workflow. Every item is fabricated explicitly for the purchaser once payment or COD clearance is verified.

To authorize checkout, customers must pass our Mandatory Safety Checkbox, confirming that they have cross-referenced their parameters against our Size Guide and Color Palette, and that they accept the flat ₹700 handling fee required for non-defective size/color swaps. This systemic acknowledgement is programmatically logged within our backend data systems and recorded directly onto your legal order invoice.

Payment Processing & COD Authorization

All prepaid transactions are encrypted and processed through verified, PCI-DSS compliant aggregators. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, order verification via SMS/WhatsApp/OTP may be enforced prior to dispatch. Unreasonable or fraudulent rejection of COD shipments at the destination address may result in permanent suspension of COD privileges for your registered profile.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Because our streetwear silhouettes feature heavy-knit fabric engineering and custom artisanal assembly, minor production variances are expected:

• Sizing deviations of up to ±0.5 inches from the published size chart are a global textile standard and do not constitute a defect.
• Minor shifts in color tones and gradient density can occur due to organic fabric absorption traits and technical printing films; these variations do not qualify for free returns or replacements.

Intellectual Property Protection

All typography architectures, tech blueprint schemes, monospace metadata hem layouts, lookbook notes, and trademarked brand assets associated exclusively with WORN IDEAS™ are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized replication, commercial parsing, or digital copying of our designs or proprietary layout systems will result in immediate legal action.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceedings arising out of or related to platform transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Modifications & Inquiries
